A family story, between Sweden and the French Riviera.

Wretman Estate was born of a legacy: that of a Swedish family in love with the Riviera for two generations.

The Tore Wretman legacy

Legendary chef and creator of Toast Skagen, Tore Wretman fell in love with the Riviera and, with his wife Ewa, ran a first property business there. His sons Johan and Filip grew up between Stockholm and the Côte d’Azur.

2006

Founded in Cannes

Johan obtained his estate agent licence and founded Wretman Estate. Filip joined shortly after. The ambition: an international agency with a Scandinavian heart.

2010 – 2020

Covering the coast

Nice, Antibes, Menton, Vence, Valbonne, Montauroux: office after office, while Wretman Invest specialised in hotels, vineyards and apartment buildings.

Since 2015

A bridge between two cultures

Johan, appointed Honorary Consul of Sweden, speaks every year at the Stockholm property fairs. Filip goes on air on Riviera Radio. Partners of the Swedish Church of the Alpes-Maritimes.

2026

Eight offices, one standard

Opening of Lorgues, in Provence. Over 50 experts, 16 languages, 250 sales a year. And still a single promise: to be understood, in your language, at every step.
